Banyan Venture Partners was formed in 2003 and is based in Salt Lake City, Utah. We are not a money management firm or a committed capital fund, we are a business management and venture building firm.
Our managing partners have extensive experience in strategic planning, operations management, business development, sales and marketing with several leading companies across multiple industries, and our passion is growing businesses.
Our model is to partner with early stage companies in need of executive leadership to transition them for the next level of growth. With every investment, we assume senior operating roles to set strategy and drive execution focused on top line growth. In some cases we facilitate recapitalization for business owners interested in selling, and arrange for growth capital to drive expansion.
