BelleHavens is an innovative new club, providing its Members with a superior alternative to owning and maintaining one or multiple second homes. Similar in structure to a country club, BelleHavens’ Members collectively own and use an exclusive portfolio of luxury second homes in a variety of phenomenal locations. Club homes offer a spacious private experience in tandem with services and amenities not ordinarily provided in second homes.

BelleHavens was founded by Banyan Properties, LLC in 2003, and Banyan Properties manages all facets of the Club’s growth and operations. Banyan Properties is backed by Banyan Ventures and a group of private investors, and Darin Gilson serves as its Chairman and President.
