JOHN DUNN — PARTNER
John Dunn is a founding partner of Banyan Ventures. In 2004, John founded Metro Ready Mix and currently serves as the company’s Chairman and CEO.
John joined Banyan from Campus Pipeline, where he served as a Vice President, launching the company’s sales efforts, and building and managing the company’s extensive services business. During John’s tenure at Campus Pipeline the company expanded dramatically, and the services business unit that he led was a key growth engine. Campus Pipeline was acquired by SCT Corporation in 2002.
Prior to joining Campus Pipeline, John practiced law at Fabian and Clendenin, a Salt Lake City law firm, representing a diverse group of clients including IBM, Ford, PacifiCorp and John Hancock. A member of the Bar in California and Utah, John holds a juris doctorate and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah.
